摘要

本文基于气候变化协议和国家碳中和政策,讨论了未来的能源政策、长期能源供应计划和电力系统互联的必要性。本文对电力系统互联相关项目进行了研究,也对东北亚地区的温室气体公约进行了分析。本文从韩国的角度综合考虑碳中和政策结合这些问题,研究了电力系统互联的未来方向和可能步骤。

韩国视角下的碳中和政策和互联阶段研究

Abstract

The future energy policy, long-term energy supply plan, and necessity of power system interconnection are discussed considering the climate change agreement and national carbon neutrality policy. Although several studies have been conducted on power system interconnection related projects, a few reviews have been performed related to the Greenhouse Gas Convention in North-East Asian (NEA) regions. Therefore, the future directions and possible scenarios on power system interconnection are studied by combining the issues by comprehensively considering carbon neutrality policy according to the perspective of Korea.

Biographies

Jae Young Yoon

Jae Young Yoon received his B.S. M.S. and Ph. D degree from Busan National University in all electrical engineering at 1985, 1987 and 1998 respectively. Since 1987, he has been working at Korea Electro-technology Research Institute (KERI) and at now he is an executive director. His current research interest is the power system interconnections between Northeast Asian Countries based on power system analysis.

Sunghwan Song

Sunghwan Song received the B.S. degree from Busan National University, Republic of Korea in 2001, and M.S. degree and Ph.D. degree from Seoul National University, Korea in 2003 and 2007, respectively. Now he is a principal researcher in  Power  Grid  Research  Division of Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute (KERI), Korea. His research field of interest includes the power system interconnection analysis
