摘要
传统的多阶段恒流充电策略为了追求更短的充电时间,常常采用较大倍率的电流对电池充电,但这种做法会在充电时间缩短的同时产生较大的电池温升,对充电过程的安全造成影响,并且较大的充电电流在充电后期对于缩短充电时间的效果也不理想。为了解决上述问题,本文以充电过程中的电池温升作为约束条件,提出一种能够缩短电池充电时间的多阶段恒流充电策略,采用遗传算法对充电电流值进行计算,并且对充电的分段方法进行了研究。最后在不同环境温度和不同初始SOC下对充电策略进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,本文提出的充电策略不仅减少了计算量,而且在不同的工况下温升最多可降低46.4%,充电时间最多可减少4.2%。
