随着现有的电力通信专网和公网仍存在覆盖性的不足,尤其广大偏远地区的水电站信息采集业务,其通信覆盖问题尤为突出。卫星通信具有覆盖区域大、适用于多种业务、受地理因素影响小、成本与通信距离无关等优势。本文研究基于高低轨卫星的偏远地区小水电厂站信息采集技术。首先分析偏远地区小水电站信息采集业务需求,然后设计了基于高低轨卫星的偏远地区小水电厂站信息采集系统。针对网络安全防护问题,进一步提出了基于支持向量机算法的网络异常检测技术;通过对偏远地区小水电厂信息采集进行测试验证,结果表明,基于高、低轨混合数据传输系统实现了偏远地区小水电站的信息采集,为计量自动化信息采集系统“全覆盖、全采集、全监测”提供了技术支撑。
